I very much valued working with Colette as a Senco. She has an excellent understanding of children’s development and the need for holistic and sensitive assessments of children’s needs. As well as being highly experienced and knowledgeable about specific learning difficulties, she is well informed on the requirements for exam access arrangements. She also works collaboratively with other professionals to inform the advice she gives families with regards to a child’s learning and wellbeing; Colette listens carefully and has a gentle and encouraging manner which makes children feel safe and parents/carers feel supported. She is professional and reliable, and I would highly recommend working with her.
